The BVS PULSAR V3.1 shoots faster and lasts longer than the Canon CP-E4 and Nikon SD-8A, and it stays fast long after the CP-E4 and SD-8A have slowed to a crawl. You no longer need to buy bulk AA batteries, or rechargeables and their assorted chargers, and no more fumbling with plastic trays or broken tabs at $40 to $50 a pop. Unlike expensive high voltage solutions from Quantum, Lumedyne, Canon, Nikon, and all other manufactures, the BVS PULSAR does not need working AA batteries inside the flash in order to operate. You can finally say goodbye to AAs, forever.

V3.1 includes one superior-efficiency NiMH Battery Unit, along with a deep trickle charger, saving you money over systems relying on loads of AA batteries and miscellaneous chargers. With single-point recharging, a 6 foot charger cord and a 60" extension cord, you don't even have to remove V3.1L from it's operating location while it charges. With the included charger, a deep charge takes 6 hours. The optional Rapid Charger gives a full smart-charge in about 1.2 hours from a discharged state.

We made the BVS PULSAR V3.1 fast and flexible to set up and operate, with two incredibly strong, integrated nylon mounting straps that effortlessly grip anything under 2" in diameter. The straps self-store by winding tightly around the battery unit, in this position they function as a quick contact mount to almost any camera base using the included soft Velcro pad. Belt mounting is a snap, requiring only a few seconds to install and remove. A 60" extension cord is included to extend flash range, or charger range, from the Battery Unit. V3.1's integral mounting straps are center-biased to act as a spool, so you can quickly reel cord in or let it out.

The BVS PULSAR V3.1 package includes: Two advanced high capacity NiMH Battery Units with integrated industrial strength mounting bands, 6 hour charger, one AA-Insert that slides into your flash battery compartment, a strap to secure the flash battery door, and a 60" extension cord for belt mounting. Optional: 1 Hour Rapid Smart Charger, additional Battery Units, additional Flash Adapters, additional 5 foot Belt Mounting cord, 30 foot Studio Extension Cords, and Y-Adapter to power more than one flash per battery unit.
